Charlie Rubin


ABOUT

Born in the Bronx in 1986, Charlie Rubin was the recipient of the Foam Talent award from the Foam Museum in Amsterdam in 2013 and subsequently published Strange Paradise(Conveyor Arts 2014), a book of photographs and collages. In 2015, he held his first solo exhibition, "Intervention," at the Kopeikin Gallery in Los Angeles. His work has been exhibited internationally and his photographs have appeared in The New York Times, The New Yorker, W, Vice, Cultured and Bloomberg Businessweek. His work can also be seen in collections at the MoMA library, the Henry Art Museum in Seattle and Haverford College. Mr. Rubin graduated from Haverford College and earned an MFA from the Parsons New School for Design.  He lives in Brooklyn, NY.
